Lynn Weddle is a London-based freelance photographer who is currently studying for her Masters in Photography at the London College of Communication.

To date, Lynn has had photographic work published through Millennium Images in The Guardian Educational Supplement and the Sunday Telegraph. Recently she was part of a project with the Tate Modern that creatively documented (using a collaborative process) the regeneration changes to the Elephant and Castle area of South London.

Lynn’s main focus is working with a strong socially engaged practise, facilitating workshops and collaborative projects within a variety of differing social groups, ages, and ethnic minorities; such work has been run through museums, charities, community centres and art galleries working with groups such as young refugees, street children, children in pupil referral units and young disabled people.

Lynn is currently setting up the ‘Beyond Vision Photography Project’ with street children in Ecuador which she set up in 2005 which worked with 35 street involved children in the slum areas of Guayaquil, the project plans to extend and become a vocational workshop program run through the charity the International Children’s Trust.
