We have to make sure that all photos sold through Gallery 2C.com are 100% original and are not copyrighted to anyone else except the person offering it for sale. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any material which we believe to be copyrighted to someone other than the contributing photographer at any time and also cancel all outstanding money owed to parties who offer such material for sale illegally.

We also care greatly about the copyright of the photographs submitted from our photographers. We will ; within our ability; prevent images from being hacked, re-distributed or otherwise used in a manner outside of that which is agreed with you; the photographer . After you have made your initial contact with us and submitted some low resolution JPEGs we will endeavour to respond to your images within two weeks. All image files submitted must be renamed with the photographers name and image number and in the text of the email you must explain to us if the image is taken on film, transparency or digital and in which format. If the image is digital what is the original image file size.
